WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

Australia  Flat rate $5 Shipping around Australia

Orders over $60 will receive  FREE SHIPPING (Australia only)

New Zealand shipping flat rate $10

All other International Shipping locations will be calculated at the checkout.

All orders will be dispatched within 1 working day of order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays, will be processed within the next business day. All unclaimed or incorrect addressed parcels will be returned Boss Meri Kona.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or faulty this needs to be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. Please email info@bossmerikona.com with your order number and an image of the damaged/faulty item.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 602/95 Wellington Street, Collingwood, VIC, 3066, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE THE INCORRECT ITEM?

If you have received an incorrect item, please email info@bossmerikona.com with your order number and an image of the incorrect item you have received. We will have this rectified immediately for you.
